Exchange or Reusable Credit:

Reusable Credit: If you prefer, we can provide you with store credit equal to the value of the faulty item. This credit can be used for future purchases at B I . A L B A K.


Return Shipping:

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Drop off the package at your nearest postal service location or schedule a pickup as guided by our customer support team.


Inspection and Processing Time:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the fault.

We will notify you via email or phone regarding the status of your return and the chosen resolution (exchange or reusable credit).
